Affiliate Terms

The rules for anyone earning commission through our partner program. These are strict, and we enforce them.

Commission and payment

Approved partners earn 15% of the order value on verified, non-refunded orders attributed to their tracked link or code.

Commission is calculated on product value excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts already applied.

Commission is confirmed 30 days after delivery and paid monthly once the balance exceeds $50.

Self-referrals, orders you place yourself, and orders placed on your behalf do not earn commission.

Required disclosure

You must disclose your material connection to us in every post, video, story, message, or comment that promotes our products.

The disclosure must be clear, unambiguous, and impossible to miss. It must appear in the content itself.

• Not buried in a profile bio.
• Not a lone hashtag among many.
• Not below a ‘more’ fold, in a description a viewer must expand, or at the end of a long video.

This requirement comes from the FTC’s Endorsement Guides. Under those guides we are liable for what you say, which is why breach ends the relationship immediately rather than earning a warning.

Prohibited claims

You must never:

• State or imply that our products are for human or veterinary use.
• Describe personal use, dosing, administration, protocols, cycles, or results — directly, by implication, by joke, or by wink.
• Claim any therapeutic, diagnostic, or health benefit.
• Post before-and-after imagery or physical-transformation content in connection with our products.
• Make any purity, identity, or testing claim that is not on a certificate we have published.
• Represent yourself as an employee, agent, or spokesperson of the company.
• Use paid engagement, bot accounts, or fabricated reviews, comments, or testimonials.
• Bid on our brand name or domain in paid search, or run ads that misrepresent who is selling.

Content and brand use

You may use our product photography, certificates, and published product data as supplied. You may not alter certificates in any way.

You may not create accounts, pages, or domains that could be mistaken for an official channel.

We may ask you to remove or correct any content at any time, and you agree to do so within 48 hours.

Termination

We may terminate any partnership at any time, with or without cause.

Breach of the disclosure or prohibited-claims sections terminates the partnership immediately and forfeits all unpaid commission.

Terminated partners must remove all promotional content and tracked links within 7 days.

Independent contractor

Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents. Nothing in this program creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

You are responsible for your own taxes on commission earned. We issue tax documentation where required by law.
