Track your order
Check the status of your order and get your tracking number.
Find your tracking number
Log in to My Account → Orders to see all of your orders and their tracking numbers.
You also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 4 hours of dispatch. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from AMISCO RESEARCH.
Track with the carrier
Once you have your tracking number, you can track your package directly:
USPS: usps.com/track
UPS: ups.com/track
Order not showing tracking?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are processed the same day. If your order status still shows “Processing” after one business day, contact support@amiscobiotech.com with your order number.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact support. Every order includes shipment protection at no cost — we will reship it.
Your certificates travel with your order
Once an order ships, each line shows the lot number that went in the box and links to that lot’s certificate. You can also scan the QR code on the vial label.
