What research use only means

Every product sold by us is supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. This is not boilerplate and it is not a formality — it is the entire legal basis on which these materials are sold.

• These products are not drugs. They are not approved by the FDA or any equivalent authority for any purpose.
• They are not dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food.
• They are not for human, veterinary, or food use in any form.
• They must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.
• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What you are agreeing to when you order

By creating an account and placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are a qualified researcher, or are authorised to purchase on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or commercial research entity.
• You will use the products solely for legitimate laboratory research.
• You will not administer them to any human or animal, and will not supply them to anyone who intends to.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional requirements.
• You will store, handle, and dispose of the materials safely and lawfully.

What we will not do

We will not advise on dosing, administration routes, protocols, cycles, or human use of any kind, and no member of our team is permitted to. If you ask, we will decline.

We will not make, endorse, or repeat any therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claim about any product we sell.

We will not publish customer testimonials describing personal use, because personal use of these materials is outside the terms on which they are sold.

Our partners and affiliates are contractually prohibited from implying human use. Breach terminates the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission.

Why we are strict about this

In this category, intended use is established by what the seller and its agents communicate — not solely by what the label says. A supplier that winks at human use is not selling a research product, whatever the label reads, and both the supplier and the buyer take on real legal exposure.

We would rather lose a sale than be that supplier. If you are looking for a vendor who will tell you how to take these, we are not it.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and to close any account, where we believe products may be intended for prohibited use.

Accounts that request dosing guidance, describe personal use, or ask us to mislabel a shipment will be closed.
