Shipping information

How we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 4 hours of dispatch.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $150.

Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days.

Overnight shipping: Next business day delivery.

All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS from the United States.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

You are the importer of record. All duties, taxes, and import fees are your responsibility. We are not able to predict or prepay customs charges for your jurisdiction.

Before ordering internationally, confirm that importing the materials you are purchasing is lawful in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for shipments seized by customs.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of contents. The return address reads “AMISCO RESEARCH” — not “AMISCO Biotech” or any product-related term.

Vials are individually sealed, labeled with the lot number, and packed to prevent breakage during transit.

Shipment protection

Every order includes shipment protection at no extra cost.

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is confirmed stolen after delivery, contact support and we will reship it. You do not need to file a carrier claim.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery. Report non-delivery within 30 days of the dispatch date.

Tracking your order

Log in to your account and visit My Account to see your order history and tracking numbers. You can also use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email directly on the carrier’s website.
