These terms govern your use of amiscobiotech.com and any purchase you make from AMISCO Biotech. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them in full.

Eligibility and account requirements

By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, or are authorised to purchase on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or commercial research entity. We may require evidence of either at any time, and may suspend or close an account where it is not provided.

You must give the name of your institution or research entity, and identify the category of research professional you are, when you register. Providing false information in either field is a breach of these terms and grounds for closing the account and cancelling any order placed under it.

An account is required before the catalogue, pricing, or ordering are available. This is not a marketing device: it lets us confirm who we are supplying before we supply them, it ties every order to a specific lot number and its certificate of analysis, and it lets us contact you directly if a lot is ever withdrawn.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Permitted use of products

All products sold by us are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified professionals.

• They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food.
• They are not for human, veterinary, or food use in any form.
• They are not approved by the FDA or any equivalent authority for any therapeutic purpose.
• They must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you will use the products solely for legitimate laboratory research, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law and all institutional policies that apply to you.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe products may be intended for prohibited use.

Product information and testing

Every lot we sell is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratory prior to release, and the certificate of analysis is published before the lot ships.

Product information, molecular data, and cited literature on this site are provided for educational and reference purposes only. Citations to published research describe that research and are not claims about our products.

We make no representation that any compound is suitable for any particular research application. Determining suitability is your responsibility.

Pricing, orders, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We are not obliged to honour a price published in error.

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order, not when payment is authorised.

Bulk and volume pricing is available only to verified research accounts and may require additional documentation.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and, on international orders, all duties and import compliance as the importer of record.

Shipping and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to the shipment protection described in our shipping policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

International availability varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that import is lawful where you are before ordering.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Resell, distribute, or transfer products in a manner inconsistent with their research-use-only designation.
• Represent, imply, or suggest to any third party that our products are suitable for human or veterinary use.
• Use our name, trademarks, certificates, or content to make any therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claim.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.

Breach of this section is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or research outcomes, under any theory of liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMISCO Biotech, its officers, and its agents against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law — including, without limitation, any claim arising from administration of the products to a human or animal.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
